The American Association of Professional Landmen, in conjunction with the University of Oklahoma Energy Management Student Association, invites you to attend the second annual AAPL/OU Fall Classic Workshop. The workshop is a half-day program, offered on Friday, September 18, 2009, and will be taught by Dorsey T. Roach.  The program, titled “Current Issues Involving Operating Agreements”, will identify and address a number of current issues involving operating agreements, and will provide and discuss the AAPL 1989 JOA’s remedies, current case law, and recommended modifications to the operating agreement.

Following the workshop, OU and the Energy Management Student Association are holding a series of special events, including an Industry Social.  On Saturday, September 19, attendees may opt to attend the OU vs. Tulsa football game.

The workshop will be held at the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Memorial Union – Third Floor, Associates Room, 900 Asp Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma 73019.  Registration and continental breakfast are from 8:00 AM – 8:30 AM with the workshop from 8:30 AM – Noon.
