The new TAPL website, www.tapl.org, will be the primary means of communication among TAPL Membership regarding organization events, so please take the time to explore the website and familiarize yourself with its features. 


President''s Letter - April 3, 2007

I am pleased to announce that the new TAPL Website, www.TAPL.org, will be operational later this week and it will be very user friendly!  To highlight just a few of the features, it will soon be easy for members to keep their own information current and to locate other members, as well as review upcoming events and register for same (including online payments by credit card) and you can make dinner reservations!  You can anticipate a separate notification this week as soon as it is up and running.  Also, if you login to the website by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 11th, you will be eligible to receive a $100 gift certificate to Doe’s Eat Place on Cherry Street!   Last month we had our monthly dinner meeting at the Petroleum Club on the 14th floor.  Many members enjoyed the …


Energy Management Awards Banquet

The University of Oklahoma’s Energy Management Awards Banquet is scheduled for Friday, April 20, 2007.  This event honors the academic achievements of Energy Management students.  This year’s banquet will be held in the Molly Shi Boren Ballroom in Oklahoma Memorial Union located at 900 Asp Ave., Norman, Oklahoma.  The reception begins at 5:30 pm followed by dinner at 7:00 pm.  The keynote speaker is Kenneth A.
