(“TAPL” means "Tulsa Association of Petroleum Landmen" an Oklahoma non-profit association.)
An order is binding as soon as it is submitted and a confirmation email is received.
The prices stated are in US Dollars (US$) and apply at the time of the order.

Membership: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and US dollar checks.

Membership: Confirmation will be delivered via electronic mail to the address you provide at purchase

Cancellation and Returns
Cancellation of Membership: Membership dues are renewed each year onJuly 1st. Membership dues once paid are not refundable.
Cancellation of Events: It is our objective that you are fully satisfied with our events and services. If that is not the case, we will offer an exchange or full refund of your order.
Not Tax Deductible
Membership dues are not tax deductible under the US Internal Revenue Code.
You agree that all right, title and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks, service marks and other intellectual property rights) in and to the TAPL Website, belong exclusively to TAPL. You agree to ensure that all marks, notices or legends pertaining to the origin, identity or ownership of the Website, or any portions thereof, shall remain intact and clearly legible on any copy of the Website’s content. TAPL makes no claim with respect to US government works.
We take your privacy concerns very seriously. No personal member information shall be exchanged outside of TAPL management without your prior consent. From time to time TAPL management (Board, Country Contacts) may contact you directly with updates and information.
Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be solely governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the State of Oklahoma without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of Oklahoma or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Oklahoma. Joining as a member or acquiring any product or service shall comprise consent to this provision and submission to the jurisdiction.
