COVID-19 Response

TAPL Members,

After much deliberation, and given the current CDC and City of Tulsa guidance, the Board has come to a unanimous decision to postpone all TAPL events during the month of March and April. This will include the Women’s Event and the Educational Luncheon (March 26th), our Spring Volunteer Day (April 10th), Membership Dinner Meeting (April 13th) and our Spring Seminar (April 23rd). My hope is to have these events rescheduled later this summer or early fall, but that is subject to change. The Golf Tournament is still on, but has been rescheduled for July 13th.

I want you to know we did not take this decision lightly. We recognize that in our current environment networking is more important than ever, however, the health and well-being of our membership is our top priority and we believe this decision is a prudent step to ensure we are doing our part to prevent the potential spread of this virus.

Finally, due to the extraordinary circumstances which have caused a large portion of our membership to work from home, TAPL will be administering an electronic voting system for your 2020-2021 board ballots. Accordingly, we encourage you to go to www.tapl.org and make sure your current email is on file.
