An Educational Luncheon will be held at the Summit Club, October 25, 2018 at 11:30 am. 

Mr. Elwood Vogel, Technical Advisor for the Northern Region of Halliburton, will give a presentation titled “Log Interpretation 101 – The Landman Version”.  

This is an opportunity to learn Open Hole vertical Log characteristics identifying resistivity, porosity, thickness, structural dip and water bearing formations.  Mr. Vogel will further identify how this information, accompanied with the interpretation of the Gamma Ray Log and 3-D seismic, assists in the drilling and steering of horizontal wells. 

This program has been accredited by the AAPL for 1 RL, RPL or CPL recertification credit.
