The Education Committee is pleased to announce a special seminar opportunity for the membership. The educational seminar, titled “Oil & Gas Exploration Contracts” is presented by Resources Legal Training and taught by Alyce Hoge.  It will provide an in-depth & interactive look at contract law as it relates to our every day operations in the oil and gas industry. 
  
Regularly $550 per person, TAPL has received a discounted price for this class, and for TAPL members the cost is only $275.  Attendees will receive 6 AAPL credits for taking the course.  NALTA, NADOA and the State Bar of Oklahoma will also recognize 6 credits for this course. 
 
The date for this seminar has been set for Tuesday, November 8th from 8:30 to 4:30 and will be located at OSU-Tulsa Room #150 in North Hall. Lunch will be provided.

Alyce Boudreaux Hoge is an attorney, a Certified Division Order Analyst and a Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst.  She was admitted to the State Bars of Texas and Louisiana and has over 20 years experience in the oil and gas industry including positions as landman, division order analyst, lease and title analyst and in-house counsel. 


Alyce received her Bachelor of Arts in History at Centenary College of Louisiana.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University Law School.


In 2006, Alyce founded Resource Legal Training, a company dedicated to meeting the training needs of land professionals. 


Her popular seminars are offered nationally.  She also offers in-house seminars that are customized to the company needs.
