TAPL’s Second Annual Fall Fun Skeet Shoot is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Friday, September 16th, at the Tulsa Gun Club located at 8802 East Mohawk Blvd, (NE of Tulsa International Airport). This will again be a no pressure ‘Fun Shoot’ and has been moved back a month to September in hopes of nice weather. The Gun Club has 5 skeet houses and each will accommodate a group of 5 shooters with a round consisting of each shooter firing 25 rounds at clay targets from 8 stations in a semi-circular course. Each round should take approximately 30 minutes. There will be a steak cook-out at the Club’s pavilion on the grounds followed by the awarding of door prizes. Given the popularity of last year’s event, TAPL anticipates a very positive participation response to this event from members and their industry guests and associates. Registration costs are $100 for TAPL Members, $125 for guests. Please follow the instructions on the attached entry form to register your team no later than Friday, September 2nd.
We are also offering an optional instructional/practice session on Saturday, August 20th at 9:30 am. The cost for the 2 hour session will be $40. Although it will cover the basics, it can be beneficial to any person who wants to gain more knowledge regardless of experience level. You will find more information on the attachment herein, but please contact Jim Mitschke if you are interested in attending this warm up for the September 16th event.
Lastly, we are always appreciative of the numerous companies and individuals who help sponsor TAPL events each year. Your generosity continues to provide TAPL with the financial assistance it needs to offer first-class networking events to its membership. Several sponsorship opportunities are still available for the Second Annual Fall Fun Skeet Shoot. More details can be found in the attached sponsor form.
We are looking forward to another successful event! Should you have any questions, please contact Jim Mitschke at 918-556-3109 (office) or 918-607-0433 (cell) or j.mitschke@EagleRockEnergy.com
