The Landman will be assisting the Land Manager with acquisitions and divestitures, lease files, and due diligence. They will also need to work with brokers and draft and consummate agreements with third parties. Additionally, working knowledge of preparing oil and gas leases, releases, ROW's, etc...is a necessity. The Landman will also need to monitor outside operated well proposals and workover proposals to ensure they are evaluated in a timely manner, as well as election and prepayments are met in a timely manner.
