Sara Williams Memorial Scholarship Fund The DAPL Board is pleased to announce we voted to donate $2,500 to the Sara Williams Memorial Scholarship Fund. This will bring the current Fund balance to approximately $10,000. It is necessary to accumulate a $40,000 endowment at the OU Foundation to provide for an annual $2,000 scholarship in Sara’s name, to be awarded to an Energy Management student.
